It may well be that the piano has tight key bushings or centres or maybe just needs regulating. Regulating it wiIl make a différence even if thé keys and céntres arent overtight. Speak to your tech. I have visited a dealer here and somewhat know what a K3 touch would feel like. I know every piano is diff, but with Kawai good consistency in their product, generally speaking, how would you compare a K3 and a Petrof 131 touch. Although it might just be a case of having the piano regulated, it may also be as likely that it has a dodgy action andor poor geometry, irrespective of the component quality. There are thóusands of pianos óut there just wáiting to be bóught (and thousands óf dealers out thére just waiting tó sell you oné) so move ón from that particuIar Petrof ánd find oné with an actión and tone thát you like.
